Keith Simmons

Co-Owner and Head Trainer
Keith is Stronger’s mastermind behind every workout here. He attended the College of the Holy Cross where he was a standout all conference basketball player. After graduating, Keith pursued a career playing professional basketball for 10 years in Turkey and Germany. In the offseason, Keith would train at Stronger PT in Worcester.

Once his playing days were over, he began a personal training career in New York City. In the fall of 2019, Keith and his family moved out of NYC and became a CO-Owner at Stronger PT: Metrowest. Keith loves to challenge the Stronger community through functional strength training. He encourages members of all fitness levels to become the strongest versions of themselves. “We view strength as something much more than just how much weight you can lift. Strength is mental, physical and gives you the confidence to take on the challenges of life.”

Quinn Moynihan

Co-Owner and General Manager

Quinn began working at Stronger Personal Training: Worcester, under Frank Nash, Owner and CO-Owner at Stronger PT Metrowest, at the age of 13. He then went on to play Division 1 college baseball at Lipscomb University where he would graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education.

Upon his graduation, he approached Frank about opening a second location of Stronger. In July of 2019, they opened what is now Stronger PT: Metrowest. Quinn believes in strength through community and team. He encourages the community to stay engaged outside of the gym through recreational sports and activities that you love to do. “We don’t want your health to hold you back from doing the things you love to do in life. We want you to continue to golf, ski, hike and run around with your kids”

Kari Robinson

FITNESS COACH
Kari Robinson is a dynamic fitness coach at Stronger Personal Training, celebrated for her energetic and motivating training sessions. With a background in sports science and years of experience in the fitness industry, Kari specializes in creating effective workout routines that cater to all fitness levels. Her enthusiasm and dedication inspire clients to push their limits and achieve their personal best.

James Cormack

POWERLIFTING COACH
James Cormack is a skilled powerlifting coach at Stronger Personal Training, esteemed for his expertise in strength training and competitive lifting. With a solid foundation in exercise physiology and extensive experience in powerlifting, James designs comprehensive training programs that enhance strength, technique, and performance.
